Voice chat volume

Be sure your volume is turned up (50% or higher) in order to hear it. If it is set too low or your volume of your headset or speakers is too low you’ll be unable to hear your teammates.

Voice chat settings

Voice chat has to be enabled properly in your settings. It’s also important to make sure you know if you need to push-to-talk or are using the open microphone setting.
The input and output devices should be set to default as long as your Windows settings are correctly set to using your headset/speakers as the default sound device. You can change your default input and output devices by doing the following:
  1. Click on Start.
  2. Click on Sound.
  3. On the Playback tab have the player click on their output device (Speakers/Headphones) they want to use as their default then right-click it and select Set as Default Device.
